Clinical Efficacy of Multi-track Psychological Support Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in the Treatment of Bipolar Disorder
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of multi-track psychological support combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in the treatment of bipolar disorder(BD).Method:A total of 90 BD patients admitted to Chongqing Linjiangmen Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received rTMS treatment,and the study group received multi-track psychological support combined with rTMS treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom severity,cognitive function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Bech-Rafaelsen mania rating scale(BMRS)and Beck depression inventory(BDI-Ⅱ)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of correct times and completed classification in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,the number of continuous errors and random errors were lower than those before treatment,and the number of correct times and completed classification in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the number of continuous errors and random errors were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the World Health Organization quality of life scale(WHOQOL-100)score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and which in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multi-track psychological support combined with rTMS therapy for BD patients can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate manic and depressive symptoms,improve cognitive function and improve quality of life.
