Application of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Early Limb Rehabilitation Training in Hemiplegia after Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To explore the application effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training in hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 126 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral infarction who received treatment in the Rehabilitation Department of Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the 126 patients were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 63 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training,and both groups were intervened for two months.Barthel index score,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,NIHSS score and quality of life score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Barthel index score,Fugl-Meyer exercise scale score,quality of life score and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with early limb rehabilitation training can improve patients'limb movement ability,improve their quality of life and clinical efficacy,and reduce the degree of neurological impairment.
