Effects of Insulin Aspart 30 Combined with Gliquidone on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism Indexes in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
Objective:To explore the effects of Insulin Aspart 30 combined with Gliquidone on glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients.Method:A total of 80 T2DM patients admitted to Pinghe County Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart 30,and the observation group was treated with Gliquidone.Glucose and lipid metabolism indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),total cholesterol(TC)],insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment.Result:After 12 weeks of treatment,FBG,2 h PG,HbA1c,TC and HOMA-IR in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and which in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Insulin Aspart 30 combined with Gliquidone can improve glucose and lipid metabolism and reduce HOMA-IR in T2DM patients without increasing adverse reactions.
