卵巢储备功能减退的中医临床研究进展

摘要
卵巢储备功能减退是临床上较为常见的一种妇科疾病,若患者未能及时得到有效治疗,会进一步增加卵巢早衰的发生风险,严重情况下,还会导致其出现不孕的情况.目前西医上主要通过激素治疗卵巢储备功能减退,虽然西医治疗具有一定的治疗效果,但随着治疗时间的延长,不良反应也随之增加,远期疗效并不理想.近年来,随着我国中医水平的不断提高,各种中医治疗方式逐渐被应用到妇科疾病的治疗中,且大多患者获得了较理想、安全的治疗效果.基于此,本研究就卵巢储备功能减退的中医病机及中医治疗进行详细分析和探讨,旨在为临床治疗该疾病提供更有效、安全的治疗思路.
Abstract
Diminished ovarian reserve is a common gynecological disease in clinical practice,if patients do not receive timely and effective treatment,it will further increase the risk of premature ovarian failure,in severe cases,it can also lead to infertility.At present,hormone therapy is mainly used in western medicine to treat diminished ovarian reserve,although western medicine has certain therapeutic effects,with the prolongation of treatment time,adverse reactions also increase,and the long-term efficacy is not ideal.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of traditional Chinese medicine in China,various traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods have gradually been applied to the treatment of gynecological diseases,and most of them have achieved relatively ideal and safe treatment effects.Based on this,in this study,the traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diminished ovarian reserve were analyzed and discussed in detail,aiming to provide more effective and safe treatment ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
