慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD)是一类以气流受限引发呼吸困难为主要特点的呼吸系统病变，而慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，AECOPD)因感染因素导致气道出现大量分泌物，会影响患者的通气功能，使咳嗽、憋喘、咳痰症状加重，活动后存在呼吸困难加重情况，会对患者生命安全产生不利影响。近些年来，随着对AECOPD研究深入，中医干预与治疗在临床中的应用范围越发广泛，在提高疾病治疗效果及改善患者预后中具有较好的效果。穴位贴敷作为中医特色外用治疗方法，在AECOPD疾病治疗中能促进局部血液循环、增强患者抗病能力，还能发挥温补阳气、补血通络的功效。鉴于此，本文对穴位贴敷在AECOPD疾病中的应用价值进行如下综述，旨在帮助提高AECOPD患者临床治疗效果，促进患者病情转归。
Application Progress of Acupoint Application in Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a type of respiratory system disease characterized by respiratory difficulties caused by airflow limitations,acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)can lead to a large amount of secretions in the patients'airway due to infectious factors,which can affect the patients'ventilation function,the symptoms of expectoration worsen and breathing difficulties worsen after activity,which can have adverse effects on the patients'life safety.In recent years,with the deepening of research on AECOPD,traditional Chinese medicine intervention and treatment have become increasingly widely used in clinical practice,with good intervention effects in improving disease treatment efficacy and improving patient prognosis and prevention.Acupoint application,as a characteristic external treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine,can promote local blood circulation,enhance patients'disease resistance,and also play a role in warming and tonifying Yang Qi,nourishing blood and unblocking collaterals in the treatment of AECOPD.In view of this,this article reviewed the application value of acupoint application in AECOPD disease,aiming to help improve the clinical treatment effect of AECOPD patients and promote their condition prognosis.
