Application Effect of Low-temperature Plasma Radiofrequency Ablation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Characteristic Therapy in the Treatment of Sympathetic Cervical Spondylosis
Objective:To investigate the application effect of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis.Method:Ninety patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis who treated in Shanghai Jiading District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation, while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy(massage with snap-needle therapy)on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, main symptom scores, ultrasonographic indexes, neck disability index(NDI),cervical sympathetic nerve symptom scores and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the main symptom scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the peak systolic velocity(VS)and end diastolic velocity(VD)of vertebral artery in two groups were higher than those before treatment, and which in the observation group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the NDI and cervical sympathetic symptoms scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and which in the observation group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation combined with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapy in the treatment of sympathetic cervical spondylosis can significantly alleviate the symptoms, regulate the vertebral artery blood flow, improve the clinical efficacy, and have a high degree of safety.
