Influence of Acupuncture Combined with Bloodletting Therapy on Patients with Early Herpes Zoster
Objective:To analyze the influence of acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on patients with early herpes zoster.Method:A total of 88 patients with early herpes zoster treated in the Acupuncture Department of Nayong County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group received acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and blood routine index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of fever,whole body fatigue and skin burning pain in both groups were decreased,and the scores of fever,whole body fatigue and skin burning pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentages of neutrophils and lymphocytes in both groups were decreased,and the percentages of neutrophils and lymphocytes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with bloodletting therapy has definite clinical effect in the treatment of early herpes zoster,which can significantly improve blood routine and the accompanying discomfort symptoms after the onset of the disease.
