Application Value of High-frequency Color Doppler Ultrasonography Combined with BI-RADS Grading in Clinical Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Nodules
Objective:To investigate the application value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography combined with breast imaging reporting and data system(BI-RADS)grading in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules.Method:A total of 197 patients with breast nodules admitted to Zhangzhou Second Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects. All patients underwent high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography and were graded according to the BI-RADS grading standard.Pathology examination was taken as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography combined with BI-RADS grading for malignant breast nodules.Result:Pathological examination showed that among 197 cases of breast nodules, with 58 cases were malignant nodules and 139 cases were benign nodules. The sensitivity of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography combined with BI-RADS in the diagnosis of malignant breast nodules was 93.10%(54/58),specificity was 61.87%(86/139),accuracy was 71.07%(140/197),and positive predictive value was 50.47%(54/107),negative predictive value was 95.56%(86/90).The maximum vasosystolic flow velocity(Vsmax)and minimum vasodiastolic flow velocity(Vdmin)of malignant breast nodules were higher than those of benign breast nodules, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of rich blood supply and low internal echo in malignant breast nodules were higher than those in benign breast nodules, and the proportion of regular shape and clear boundary of nodules were lower than those in benign breast nodules, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography combined with BI-RADS grading in clinical differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules is high.
