Value of MRI Combined with Serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 in Differential Diagnosis of Breast Cancer
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of detection of MRI combined with serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Method:A total of 86 patients with breast lesions suspected of breast cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.MRI examination and serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 detection were performed, and pathological examination was performed. The value of MRI,serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 alone and combined detection in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed.Result:The pathological diagnosis showed that 45 cases of the 86 patients had breast cancer and 41 cases had benign breast lesions. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI combined with serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 detection were 97.78%,97.56%,97.67%,97.78%and 97.56%respectively,all of which were higher than those of single diagnosis, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of MRI combined with serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer is higher than that of MRI,VEGF,CEA and CA153 alone.
