MRI联合血清VEGF、CEA、CA153检测鉴别诊断乳腺癌的价值

摘要
目的:分析MRI联合血清血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原 153(CA153)检测对鉴别诊断乳腺癌的临床价值.方法:选择 2020 年 1 月—2022 年 12 月蚌埠医科大学第一附属医院收治的 86 例疑似乳腺癌的乳腺病变患者作为研究对象,进行MRI检查及血清VEGF、CEA、CA153 检测,对患者进行病理学检查,分析MRI、血清VEGF、CEA、CA153 检测单独及联合诊断对临床鉴别乳腺癌的价值.结果:病理诊断结果显示,86 例患者中有 45 例为乳腺癌,41 例为良性乳腺病变.MRI联合血清VEGF、CEA、CA153 检测鉴别乳腺癌的敏感度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为 97.78%、97.56%、97.67%、97.78%、97.56%,均高于单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:MRI联合血清VEGF、CEA、CA153 检测对临床鉴别诊断乳腺癌的价值高于MRI、VEGF、CEA、CA153单独诊断.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical value of detection of MRI combined with serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in differential diagnosis of breast cancer.Method:A total of 86 patients with breast lesions suspected of breast cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.MRI examination and serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 detection were performed,and pathological examination was performed.The value of MRI,serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 alone and combined detection in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed.Result:The pathological diagnosis showed that 45 cases of the 86 patients had breast cancer and 41 cases had benign breast lesions.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value and negative predictive value of MRI combined with serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 detection were 97.78%,97.56%,97.67%,97.78%and 97.56%respectively,all of which were higher than those of single diagnosis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The value of MRI combined with serum VEGF,CEA and CA153 in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer is higher than that of MRI,VEGF,CEA and CA153 alone.
