Influence of Rehabilitation Training Based on Cardiac Rehabilitation Assessment on Patients Undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting Surgery
Objective:To explore the impact of rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment on patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery admitted to Fujian Medical University Affiliated Union Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment on this basis. The psychological status, exercise ability, and quality of life between two groups before and after nursing were compared.Result:After nursing, the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the 6-minute walking test(6MWT)distance and Seattle angina pectoris scale(SAQ)scores of both groups increased, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation training based on cardiac rehabilitation assessment can improve the activity and psychological status of patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting surgery, and enhance their quality of life.
