Application of Limb Rehabilitation Training Equipment Combined with Upright Bed Training in Patients with Acquired Myasthenia in ICU
Objective:To analyze the application of limb rehabilitation training equipment combined with upright bed training in patients with acquired myasthenia in Intensive Care Unit(ICU).Method:Clinical data of 60 patients with ICU acquired myasthenia admitted to People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different rehabilitation nursing intervention methods, they were divided into control group and rehabilitation training group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine basic nursing and upright bed training, and on the basis of the control group, limb rehabilitation training equipment was used in the rehabilitation training group.Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),Barthel index(BI)before and after intervention, ventilator use time, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total incidence of complications in rehabilitation training group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks and 4 weeks of intervention,FMA scores,BI score in rehabilitation training group were higher than those in control group,SAS scores and SDS scores of rehabilitation training group were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The use time of ventilator in rehabilitation training group was(13.49±1.41)h,which was shorter than(15.17±1.51)h in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.454,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of rehabilitation training group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of limb rehabilitation training equipment combined with upright bed training in ICU patients with acquired myasthenia can significantly reduce the risk of complications, promote the recovery of limb motor function, shorten the time of ventilator, and improve the adverse mood and quality of life of patients.
