Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Combined with Music Therapy in the Application of Parkinson Disease Patients
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy combined with music therapy in the application of Parkinson disease patients.Method:A total of 83 patients with Parkinson disease treated in Jinchang People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into traditional group(n=41)and combined group(n=42)according to random number table method.The traditional group received conventional intervention,and the combined group received cognitive behavioral therapy combined with music therapy on the basis of traditional group.Cognitive function,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention.Result:After 3 months of intervention,the neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and S100B were decreased in both groups,and the β amyloid 1-42(Aβ1-42)and mini mental state examination(MMSE)scores were increased in both groups,the NSE and S100B in the combined group were lower than those in the traditional group,and the Aβ1-42 and MMSE scores were higher than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were significantly decreased in both groups,and the scores of SAS and SDS in the combined group were lower than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,motor function,daily life,emotion,shame,social support,cognition,communication,and physical discomfort scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the motor function,daily life,emotion,shame,social support,cognition,communication and physical discomfort scores of the combined group were lower than those of the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive behavioral therapy combined with music therapy can improve cognitive function,anxiety and other negative emotions in patients with Parkinson disease,and improve the quality of life.
