Effect of Budesonide Combined with Vitamin K3 Injection in the Treatment of Pediatric Bronchiolitis
Objective:To investigate the effect of Budesonide combined with Vitamin K3 Injection in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis.Method:A total of 70 children with pediatric bronchiolitis who admitted to Qianxi People's Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Budesonide, and the observation group was treated with Budesonide combined with Vitamin K3 Injection. And the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),interferon-γ(IFN-γ)inflammatory factors, lung function indexes such as forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)before and after treatment and effects were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the levels of IL-6,CRP,IFN-γ,FVC and FEV1 between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of IFN-γ,FVC and FEV1 were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Vitamin K3 Injection has a significant effect in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis, which can not only effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors, but also improve lung function.
