Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Labetalol on Gestational Hypertension and Its Influence on Pregnancy Outcome
Objective:To analyze the effect of Nifedipine combined with Labetalol on gestational hypertension and its influence on pregnancy outcome.Method:A total of 55 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to the Obstetrics Department of Shiqian County People's Hospital from April 2018 to December 2023 were selected for this study. The patients were divided into control group(n=26)and observation group(n=29)according to whether Nifedipine was used in pressure control. The control group was treated with Labetalol, and the observation group was treated with Nifedipine based on the control group.Blood pressure level, coagulation function index, hemodynamic index before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse pregnancy events were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment, there were no significant differences in blood pressure, coagulation function index and umbilical artery hemodynamics index between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fibrinogen(FIB)level, umbilical artery systolic/diastolic end-flow velocity ratio(S/D),pulsation index(PI)and resistance index(RI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and thrombin time(TT)in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse pregnancy events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Labetalol combined with Nifedipine is effective in the treatment of gestational hypertension and can effectively avoid the occurrence of adverse pregnancy events.
