Application and Practice of Comfort Anesthesia in Painless Gastroenteroscopy
Objective:To explore the application effect of comfort anesthesia in painless gastroenteroscopy.Method:A total of 100 patients with painless gastroscopy who admitted to Zouping Mental Health Center from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(50 cases,routine anesthesia)and the observation group(50 cases,comfortable anesthesia)according to the random number table method.The anesthesia effect,vital signs,anesthesia indexes,stress response and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the adverse reaction rate was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)between two groups at T0,T2 and T3(P>0.05);the HR and MAP in the observation group at T1 were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The anesthesia induction time,recovery time,body movement reaction times and directional force recovery time of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the examination time between two groups(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in stress response indexes between two groups at T0(P>0.05);the levels of cortisol,norepinephrine and epinephrine in the observation group at T3 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Dexmedetomidine combined with Propofol for comfortable anesthesia during painless gastroenteroscopy can improve the anesthesia efficacy and safety,maintain the stability of vital signs and reduce stress reaction.
