Changes and Clinical Value of Serum Alkaline Phosphatase in Patients with Acute Spontaneous Intracerebral Hemorrhage
Objective:To analyze the value of serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP)in disease diagnosis, condition evaluation and short-term prognosis evaluation of acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:The clinical data of 70 patients with acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to Shenzhen Longhua District Central Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed as observation group 1,and 70 healthy people who received physical examination in our hospital during the same period were used as control group 1,the difference of serum ALP level between patients before treatment and healthy people was compared, and its diagnostic value in acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage was evaluated.According to the Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score of the observation group 1 before treatment, the patients with GCS<9 points was divided into the observation group 2(n=39),and the patients with GCS≥9 points was divided into the control group 2(n=31),the serum ALP level between two groups was compared. The observation group 1 was treated with the same regimen, and the serum ALP level before and after treatment was compared to evaluate its value in evaluating the condition of acute spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage. The observation group 1 was followed up for 6 months for short-term prognosis, and the recurrence of the disease was counted. The patients with recurrence of acute spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage outside the hospital were included in the observation group 3(n=7),and the patients without recurrence were included in the control group 3(n=63).The serum ALP level at 1 d before discharge was compared between two groups to evaluate its value in evaluating the short-term prognosis of patients.Result:The serum ALP level of the observation group 1 was higher than that of the control group 1,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum ALP level of the observation group 2 was higher than that of the control group 2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum ALP level of the observation group 1 before treatment was higher than that after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum ALP level of the observation group 3 at 1 d before discharge was higher than that of the control group 3,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum ALP level can be used for the diagnosis, condition evaluation and short-term prognosis of acute spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,it is an important index that can be applied to all stages of patients'disease, and can help doctors better identify patients'condition and formulate follow-up accurate treatment plans.
