Nursing Effect of LED Blue Light Irradiation Instrument Combined with Music Touch in Neonatal Jaundice Children
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of LED blue light irradiation instrument combined with music touch in neonatal jaundice children.Method:A total of 88 children with neonatal jaundice admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangnan University from June 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was treated with LED blue light irradiation instrument, and the observation group was treated with LED blue light irradiation instrument combined with music touch therapy. The bilirubin content, compliance, recovery time and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:The total compliance of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 81.82%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in total bilirubin content and transcutaneous bilirubin content between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, total bilirubin content and transcutaneous bilirubin content in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily crying time and jaundice disappeared in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the daily sleep time was longer than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 79.55%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LED blue light irradiation instrument with music touch treatment can reduce the content of bilirubin in neonatal jaundice children, shorten their daily crying time, extend their daily sleep time, speed up the disappearance of jaundice,so as to improve its clinical efficacy.
