Efficacy of Estrogen,Letrozole Combined with Chorionic Gonadotropin in the Treatment of Endocrine Disorders and Drug Safety
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of estrogen,Letrozole combined with Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorders and drug safety.Method:A total of 80 patients with endocrine disorders admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Shishi City Hospital from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the 1∶1 ratio principle,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Estrogen and Letrozole,and the observation group was treated with Chorionic Gonadotrophin for Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,sex hormones,serum related indexes before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels decreased,and estradiol(E2)levels increased in both groups,the levels of LH and FSH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH),inhibin B(INHB),and serine protease inhibitor(Vaspin)decreased in both groups,the levels of AMH,INHB,and Vaspin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of estrogen,Letrozole and Chorionic Gonadotropin in the treatment of endocrine disorders has achieved ideal effect,can improve the level of sex hormones in patients,and does not increase the adverse reaction of drugs,and has good safety.
