Efficacy of Colonoscope-assisted Cold Snare Resection and High-frequency Electrocoagulation Resection in the Treatment of Patients with Nodular-rectal Small Polyp
Objective:To analyze and compare the effect of colonoscope-assisted cold snare resection and high-frequency electrocoagulation resection in the treatment of nodular-rectal small polyp.Method:A total of 70 patients with nodular-rectal small polyp admitted to Xingren Municipal People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group underwent colonoscope-assisted high-frequency electrocoagulation resection, and the observation group underwent colonoscope-assisted cold snare resection. The operation situation, stress response, pain factor level and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the number of polypectomy between the two groups(P>0.05).The polyp removal time of observation group was shorter than that of control group, the complete polyp removal rate was higher than that of control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before operation, there were no significant differences in norepinephrine(NE),cortisol(Cor),epinephrine(E),prostaglandin E2(PGE2)and substance P(SP)between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,NE,Cor,E,PGE2 and SP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Colonoscope-assisted cold snare resection is more effective in the treatment of patients with nodular-rectal small polyp, which can shorten the time of polypectomy, improve the complete rate of polypectomy, cause less stress reaction, pain, and fewer complications.
