Clinical Effect of Alteplase Combined with Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Alteplase combined with Butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in Luchuan County People's Hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group. The control group was given Alteplase. The observation group was given Butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.Inflammatory factors, nerve function, motor function, cerebral hemodynamics before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian stroke scale(MESSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale(FMA)score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the mean flow velocity(Vm),end-diastolic flow velocity(Vd)and peak systolic flow velocity(Vp)of middle cerebral artery in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with acute cerebral infarction were treated with Alteplase combined with Butylphthalide, the level of serum inflammatory factors decreased significantly, and the neurological function and motor function were improved, and can alleviate the adverse reactions.
