Effects of Acupuncture Therapy Combined with Enteral Nutrition on Serum Gastrointestinal Hormone and Gastrointestinal Motility in Patients with Gastroparesis after Abdominal Surgery
Objective:To investigate the effects of acupuncture therapy combined with enteral nutrition on serum gastrointestinal hormone and gastrointestinal motility in patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery.Method:A total of 88 patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery treated in the Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital Bijie Hospital from June to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into two groups,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received enteral nutrition intervention,and the observation group received acupuncture therapy combined with enteral nutrition intervention.The clinical efficacy,serum gastrointestinal hormone,gastrointestinal motivity and nutritional indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The gastric tube removal time,first feeding time and gastrointestinal motility recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,serum motilin level in two groups was higher than that before treatment,somatostatin and gastrin were lower than those before treatment,and serum motilin level in observation group was higher than that in control group,while somatostatin and gastrin were lower than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,transferrin,hemoglobin and albumin in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and observation group were higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture therapy combined with enteral nutrition has a good clinical effect in the treatment of patients with gastroparesis after abdominal surgery,which can improve the serum gastrointestinal hormone and gastrointestinal motility,and promote the recovery of nutritional status.
