Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Therapy Combined with Acupuncture on Postoperative Breast Cancer Patients with Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with acupuncture on postoperative breast cancer patients with liver depression and Qi stagnation.Method:From January 2022 to June 2023,60 postoperative breast cancer patients with liver depression and Qi stagnation who treated in Hai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(routine nursing,30 cases)and observation group(traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with acupuncture,30 cases)by random number table method.The Pittsburgh sleep index(PSQI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and quality of life[simple life scale(SF-36)]were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,VAS score and SF-36 score between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and VAS score of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy combined with acupuncture in postoperative breast cancer patients with liver depression and Qi stagnation can improve the mental state,improve the quality of sleep and life,and help to reduce the degree of postoperative pain.
