Research Progress of Postoperative Rehabilitation Exercise Compliance in Patients with Lumbar Degenerative Diseases
Lumbar degenerative diseases(LDD)are common clinical diseases,and surgery is the best way to treat LDD.Postoperative lumbar pain often causes patients to fear rehabilitation exercise,which leads to weakened lumbar muscle strength,lumbar instability,and may appear lumbar postoperative residual symptoms such as low back pain and difficulty walking.Promoting postoperative rehabilitation exercise compliance in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases can effectively reduce clinical complications,relieve pain and improve lumbar function.Therefore,this article reviewed the concept,research status,influencing factors and strategies for improving compliance of postoperative exercise in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases,and explored strategies for improving compliance of postoperative rehabilitation exercise in order to provide references for clinical practice.
