中西医治疗难治性幽门螺杆菌感染的研究进展

摘要
难治性幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染治疗是世界医学范围内的一个难解问题,Hp感染会导致一系列消化系疾病.由于Hp耐药性等相关原因,近年来根除Hp感染治疗指南也不断更新,临床上仍有一部分患者多次使用根除治疗方案仍未根除成功,并且呈现逐年增长的趋势,因此,寻找一种新思路研究有效的治疗方案已成为目前急需解决的问题.本文从难治性Hp感染耐药的原因、治疗难治性Hp感染研究现状进行归纳总结,为临床上治疗难治性Hp感染提供新思路.
Abstract
The treatment of refractory Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection is a difficult problem worldwide,and Hp infection can lead to a series of digestive system diseases.Due to factors such as Hp resistance,the treatment guidelines for eradicating Hp infection have been constantly updated in recent years,there are still some patients who have repeatedly used eradication treatment plans but have not been successfully eradicated,and the trend is increasing year by year,therefore,finding a new approach to research effective treatment plans has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article summarized the reasons for drug resistance in refractory Hp infection and the current research status in the treatment of refractory Hp infection,providing new ideas for the clinical treatment of refractory Hp infection.
