微生态调节剂对老年COPD患者外周血指标的影响

目的:探究微生态调节剂对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6 的影响。方法:选取 2021 年 10 月—2022 年 10 月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的 60 例老年COPD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各 30 例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片。比较两组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6 水平,临床症状,生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组治疗 1 周后、治疗 1 个月后嗜酸性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6 水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰、呼吸困难、胸闷、喘息、气促发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。治疗前,两组慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我评估测试(CAT)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05);治疗 1 周后,两组CAT评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。观察组肺部感染、肺气肿、肺源性心脏病、贫血发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论:微生态调节剂可降低老年COPD患者炎症反应,改善临床症状,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率。
Effect of Microecological Modulators on Peripheral Blood Indexes in Elderly Patients with COPD
Objective:To investigate the effect of microecological modulators on peripheral blood eosinophil count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 60 elderly patients with COPD who admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruple Live Bacteria Tablets on the basis of the control group.The peripheral blood eosinophil count,C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 levels,clinical symptoms,quality of life and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The levels of eosinophil count,C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 in the observation group after 1 week of treatment and 1 month of treatment were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of cough,sputum,dyspnea,chest tightness,wheezing and shortness of breath in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease self-assessment test(CAT)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after 1 week of treatment,CAT scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection,emphysema,pulmonary heart disease and anemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Microecological modulators can reduce the inflammatory response of elderly patients with COPD,improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
