Effect of Terminal Flexible Negative Pressure Suction Sheath Combined with Flexible Ureteroscopy in the Treatment of Complex Kidney Stones
Objective:To analyze the effect of terminal flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of complex kidney stones.Method:A total of 90 patients with complex kidney stones who admitted to Guiyang Stone Disease Hospital from May to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given common mirror sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy,and the observation group was given terminal flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy.The perioperative indicators,inflammatory factor levels,pain degree,comfort and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was longer than that in the control group,the hospitalization time and postoperative double J tube indwelling time were shorter than those in the control group,the stone clearance rate was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the observation group on the next day after operation were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 6 h and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group,and the Kolcaba comfort status scale(GCQ)scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Terminal flexible negative pressure suction sheath combined with flexible ureteroscopy in the treatment of complex kidney stones can reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten hospitalization time and postoperative tube time,improve stone clearance rate,reduce inflammatory response,relieve postoperative pain and improve comfort.
