Effect of Remimazolam Tosilate Combined with Low-dose Propofol General Anesthesia on Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Objective:To explore the effect of Remimazolam Tosilate combined with low-dose Propofol general anesthesia on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:A total of 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in Zhucheng People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into study group and control group,50 cases in each group. The control group was given low-dose Propofol anesthesia maintenance, while the study group was given Remimazolam Tosilate anesthesia maintenance on the basis of control group. The quality of recovery, adverse reactions, hemodynamics at 5 min after anesthesia(T1),1 h after surgery(T2)and 6 h after surgery(T3),T2 and T3 stress indexes, anesthesia quality and comfort were compared between the two groups.Result:The recovery time, orientation recovery time and extubation time of the study group were all earlier than those of the control group, and the score of visual analogue scale(VAS)at T3 was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the study group at T3 were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).T3,malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased and superoxide dismutase(SOD)increased in the two groups,MDA in the study group was lower than that in the control group and SOD was higher than that in the study group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Complete motor block time and anesthesia recovery time in the study group were earlier than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 h after surgery(T4),the scores of physiological state, psychological spirit, environmental adaptation and social culture in both groups were increased, and the scores of physiological state, psychological spirit, environmental adaptation and social culture in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Remimazolam Tosilate combined with low-dose Propofol general anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy has a good application effect, which can promote the hemodynamic stability of patients, reduce postoperative pain, improve the quality of recovery, relieve oxidative stress stimulation, accelerate prognosis and recovery, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions, with higher practicability and safety.
