Objective:To analyze the application effect of Remimazolam Besylate combined with Alfentanil in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy.Method:A total of 80 elderly patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy who admitted to Nanping People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the experimental group(40 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Propofol combined with Alfentanil during examination,and the experimental group was treated with Remimazolam Besylate combined with Alfentanil during examination,the awakening time,examination time,leaving time,incidence of adverse reactions and changes of vital signs were compared between two groups.Result:The awakening time,examination time and leaving time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the vital signs of the experimental group at 5 min after anesthesia and after operation were more stable than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Remimazolam Besylate combined with Alfentanil in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroenteroscopy has good effect,which can shorten the awakening time,examination time and leaving time,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and make the vital signs more stable.
