Effect of Preperitoneal Laparoscopic Hernia Repair Surgery in the Treatment of Inguinal Hernia and Its Influence on Microenvironment Indexes
Objective:To investigate the effect of preperitoneal laparoscopic hernia repair surgery(TAPP)in the treatment of inguinal hernia and its influence on microenvironment indexes.Method:A total of 80 patients with inguinal hernia treated in Nantong Geriatric Rehabilitation Hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional hernia repair surgery, and the observation group received TAPP.Perioperative indexes, pain degree at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after surgery, oxidative stress indexes, microenvironment indexes at 1 d after surgery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group, and the postoperative activity time was earlier than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 d,3 d and 7 d after operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation, the β-endorphin(β-EP)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)and insulin(InS)levels were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation, the levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-1(TIMP-1)and tissue inhibitor of matrix metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TAPP treatment for inguinal hernia patients can reduce pain, have little impact on the body microenvironment, and promote the restore of prognosis of patients.
