Application Effect of Laser Photodynamic Therapy Combined with Targeted Therapy in Advanced Cardia-fundus Carcinoma
Objective:To observe the application effect of laser photodynamic therapy(LPDT)combined with targeted therapy in advanced cardia-fundus carcinoma(CFGC).Method:Sixty-two patients with advanced CFGC admitted to Anyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The observation group was given targeted therapy combined with LPDT,and the control group was given targeted therapy. The degree of esophageal obstruction,short-term efficacy, adverse reactions and quality of life after treatment, and the survival rates were followed up at 3,6,9 and 12 months were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the degree of esophageal obstruction in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.55%,which was significantly higher than 74.19%of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in the observation group was 61.29%,which was significantly higher than 35.48%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The survival rate follow up for 12 months of observation group was 58.06%,which was significantly higher than 32.26%of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:LPDT combined targeted therapy can improve the symptoms of advanced CFGC obstruction, improve the short-term efficacy, and help to prolong survival and improve the quality of life of patients.
