The Diagnostic Value of Hemodynamic Indicators of the Anterior Cerebral Artery in Neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic Encephalopathy
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of hemodynamic indicators of the anterior cerebral artery in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Method:Eighty children with HIE treated in the Putian First Hospital from February 2022 to June 2023 were included in the HIE group, and 80 healthy newborns treated in the same period were included in the non-HIE group.Brain ultrasonography examination was performed in both groups. The peak systolic flow velocity(PSV),end-diastolic flow velocity(EDV)and resistance index(RI)of anterior cerebral artery were compared between the two groups. The diagnostic value of PSV,EDV and RI in anterior cerebral artery for HIE was analyzed.Result:PSV and EDV in HIE group were lower than those in non-HIE group, and RI was higher than that in non-HIE group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The AUC of PSV,EDV and RI for single diagnosis and combined diagnosis of HIE were 0.875,0.878,0.877 and 0.915,and the best diagnostic efficiency could be obtained when the cut-off values of PSV,EDV and RI were 32.225 cm/s,11.355 cm/s and 0.735.And the value of combined diagnosis is higher. Conclusion:The level of PSV and EDV in the anterior cerebral artery of HIE children is low,and the level of RI is high.Craniocerebral ultrasound detection of PSV,EDV and RI in the anterior cerebral artery can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis of HIE.
