黄芪建中汤加味对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的影响

目的:探讨黄芪建中汤加味对脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡的影响.方法:选取 2022 年 6 月—2023 年 8 月淄博市中医医院收治的 76 例脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者.随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各 38 例.对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予黄芪建中汤加味治疗.比较两组治疗前后炎症因子、中医症候积分、氧化应激指标及临床疗效.结果:治疗后,两组白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于治疗前,观察组IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组丙二醛(MDA)低于治疗前,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)高于治疗前,观察组MDA低于对照组,SOD及GSH-Px均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组胃脘疼痛、胸胁满闷、食欲不振、嗳气吞酸及倦怠乏力评分均低于治疗前,观察组胃脘疼痛、胸胁满闷、食欲不振、嗳气吞酸及倦怠乏力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组总有效率为 94.74%,高于对照组的 76.32%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在西药治疗基础上联合黄芪建中汤加味可有效减轻脾胃虚寒型胃溃疡患者的炎症反应,改善其氧化应激反应,改善其病情,提高治疗效果.
Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Flavoring on Gastric Ulcer of Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Cold Type
Objective:To explore the effect of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Flavoring on gastric ulcer of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.Method:A total of 76 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold type gastric ulcer treated in Zibo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to August 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,38 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Flavoring on the basis of control group.Inflammatory factors,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,oxidative stress index before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,malondialdehyde(MDA)in both groups was lower than that before treatment,superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)were higher than those before treatment,MDA in observation group was lower than that in control group,SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain in the epigastric region,tightness in the chest and ribs,loss of appetite,belching,acid swallowing,and fatigue in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of pain in the epigastric region,tightness in the chest and ribs,loss of appetite,belching,acid swallowing,and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%,which was higher than 76.32%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of western medicine treatment combined with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Flavoring can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type gastric ulcer patients,improve their oxidative stress response,improve their condition and improve the therapeutic effect.
