Application of Palmar Artery Venous Blood Vessel Anastomosis in Replantation of End Severed Finger
Objective:To study the application of palmar artery venous blood vessel anastomosis in replantation of end severed finger.Method:Seventy patients with finger end amputation admitted to Qingyuan City People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with replantation of severed finger of dorsal venous blood vessel anastomosis and the observation group was treated with replantation of severed finger of palmar artery venous blood vessel anastomosis.The severed finger survival condition,severed finger function,pain degree,complications and blood flow of severed finger were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in the survival of severed finger between the two groups(P>0.05).The excellent and good rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The oxygen saturation and transcutaneous oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the microcirculation detection value and capillary filling time were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).At 6 h,12 h and 24 h after operation,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both palmar artery venous blood vessel anastomosis and dorsal venous blood vessel anastomosis can achieve higher survival rates.However,in comparison,palmar artery venous blood vessel anastomosis has significant clinical effect in the replantation of end severed finger,which is more beneficial to reduce the pain degree of patients,improve the blood flow of the end severed finger,promote the recovery of the function of the end severed finger,and is safe and reliable.
