Effects of Sitting Baduanjin Combined with Ankle Pump Exercise on Thrombus Related Indexes and Cardiopulmonary Function Indexes in Patients with Pulmonary Embolism
Objective:To analyze the effects of sitting Baduanjin combined with ankle pump exercise on thrombus related indexes and cardiopulmonary function in patients with pulmonary embolism.Method:A total of 144 patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed and treated in the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 72 cases in each group.Both groups received symptomatic treatment.On this basis,the control group was given ankle pump exercise intervention,and the observation group was given ankle pump exercise combined with sitting Baduanjin intervention.Hemodynamic parameters(peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity,blood flow),cardiopulmonary function[high mobility group box-1 protein(HMGB-1),cardiac troponin I(cTnI),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),ratio of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC%)]before and 2 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the peak blood flow velocity,average blood flow velocity and blood flow level in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of HMGB-1 and cTnI in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the levels of HMGB-1 and cTnI in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC%in control group were higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemodynamic level and cardiopulmonary function of patients with pulmonary embolism can be improved by the intervention of sitting Baduanjin combined with ankle pump exercise.
