Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Prevention and Treatment of Perioperative Hypothermia
Perioperative hypothermia is a common complication of general anesthesia procedures.It is defined as hypothermia with a core temperature below 36℃excluding controlled cooling for medical purposes.There are many factors that lead to perioperative hypothermia,and modern medicine mostly prevents or treats hypothermia by means of physical insulation and pharmacological interventions,while Chinese medicine-related non-pharmacological therapies have also achieved certain results in this aspect of research.This article analyzed the common causes of perioperative hypothermia,and briefly summarized the means of prevention and treatment of perioperative hypothermia in Chinese and western medicine.
