摘要

难治性类风湿关节炎(D2T RA)是一种复杂的类风湿关节炎(RA)亚型,其特征是对传统疾病修改抗风湿药(DMARDs)治疗有限或无效.本文对D2T RA的综述旨在探讨其临床特点及治疗策略,常用的药物治疗包括DMARDs、生物制剂和靶向治疗药物.

Abstract

Difficult-to-treat rheumatoid arthritis(D2T RA)is a complex subtype of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)characterized by limited or ineffective treatment with conventional disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs(DMARDs).This review of D2T RA aims to explore its clinical features and therapeutic strategies.The commonly used drug therapies include DMARDs,biologics and targeted therapeutic drugs.
