Clinical Efficacy of Repeated Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Combined with Rehabilitation Training in the Treatment of Unilateral Spatial Neglect
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on unilateral spatial neglect.Method:A total of 60 patients with unilateral spatial neglect admitted to Jinhua Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received rehabilitation therapy, and the study group received repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation based on rehabilitation training. The ignore symptoms,Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA),modified Barthel index(BI),and mini mental status examination scale(MMSE)of the two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the scores of the typeface transcription test, clock drawing test, line segmentation test, straight line bisecting test and plane graph copying test in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and which in the study group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,FMA scores,MMSE scores and BI scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and which in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of rehabilitation training combined with repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation to treat unilateral spatial neglect can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cognitive function of patients, and enhance the independence and daily living ability of patients.
