Effect of Acetyl Cysteine Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Mycoplasma Pneumonia in Children
Objective:To investigate the effect of Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 120 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia admitted to the Emergency Department of Beijing Jingdu Children's Hospital from April 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the method of random number table, they were divided into conventional group and combined group, with 60 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with Acetyl Cysteine;and the combined group treated with Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy. The levels of serum inflammatory factors, clinical efficacy, clinical symptoms and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The normal temperature time, cough disappearance time, shortness of breath disappearance time and lung wet rales disappearance time of combined group were earlier than those of conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),serum interleukin-13(IL-13)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and which in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)and arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the SaO2 and PaO2 of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the PaCO2 was lower than that of the conventional group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of combination group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00%of conventional group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combination group was lower than that in conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with Acetyl Cysteine can effectively regulate the production and release of inflammatory factors, improve lung function, and have a high safety in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children.
