Effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase in Patients with Cerebral Infarction and the Influence on Cerebral Blood Flow and Nerve Injury
Objective:To explore the effect of Urinary Kallidinogenase in patients with cerebral infarction and the influence on cerebral blood flow and nerve injury.Method:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Sanming Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional cerebral infarction,and the observation group was treated with Urinary Kallidinogenase on the basis of the control group.The total clinical response rate,the degree of neurological impairment before and after treatment[modified Edinburgh-Scandinavia stroke scale(MESSS)score],cerebral blood flow(anterior,middle,and posterior cerebral artery blood flow rate),and nerve injury-related blood indicators[central nerve specific protein(S100β),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and nitric oxide(NO)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in MESSS score,cerebral blood flow index and blood index related to nerve injury between two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the MESSS score of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,cerebral blood flow indexes and nerve injection-related blood indexes in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Urinary Kallidinogenase has a good effect in patients with cerebral infarction,and can significantly improve cerebral blood flow and control nerve damage.
