Effect of Acupuncture Regulating"Liver"Based on the Theory of"Liver Controlling Conveyance and Dispersion"in the Treatment of Liver Depression Type Insomnia
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture regulating"liver"based on the theory of"liver controlling conveyance and dispersion"in the treatment of liver depression type insomnia.Method:A total of 60 patients with liver depression type insomnia admitted to Fuqing City Hospital from December 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the difference of treatment methods,the patients were divided into routine group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture regulating"liver"based on the theory of"liver controlling conveyance and dispersion".The clinical efficacy,sleep quality and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Acupuncture regulating"liver"based on the theory of"liver controlling conveyance and dispersion"has a remarkable clinical effect in the treatment of liver depression type insomnia,which can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients and has a high safety.
