Comparison of Clinical Effects between General Anesthesia and Spinal Anesthesia in Elderly Patients Undergoing Daytime Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia in elderly patients undergoing daytime ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Method:A total of 256 elderly patients admitted to Zhongxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 128 cases in each group. The control group was given general anesthesia, and the study group was given spinal anesthesia.Anesthesia related parameters, hemodynamic indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The anesthetic preparation time, operation time, anesthesia related time, sitting time and getting out of bed time in the study group were longer than those in the control group, and the anesthesia recovery time and discharge time were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before anesthesia,40 min after anesthesia,at completion of operation, and 5 min,10 min and 20 min after operation, there were no significant differences in blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups(P>0.05).At anesthesia,1 min,3 min,5 min,10 min,15 min,20 min and 30 min after anesthesia, the blood pressure, heart rate and blood oxygen saturation of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions such as fatigue and dysuria in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with general anesthesia, the recovery time and discharge time of spinal anesthesia in elderly patients with daytime ureteroscopic lithotripsy are shorter, hemodynamic stability is more stable, and the risk of fatigue and dysuria is lower.
