Application of Knowledge,Attitude,Belief and Practice Health Management Intervention in Patients with Third Degree Atrioventricular Block after Permanent Pacemaker
Objective:To investigate the application of knowledge, attitude, belief and practice health management intervention in patients with third degree atrioventricular block after permanent pacemaker.Method:Ninety-two patients with third degree atrioventricular block after permanent pacemaker who admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of the University of South China from June 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the reference group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given postoperative routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given knowledge, attitude, belief and practice health management intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),6 minute walking distance(6MWD)and self-care level were compared between two groups before and after intervention, the nursing compliance of two groups was evaluated, and the complications of two groups were compared.Result:After intervention, the LVEF and 6MWD in two groups were improved compared with those before intervention, and the LVEF and 6MWD in the study group were better than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the self-care ability in two groups were improved compared with those before intervention, and the scores of self-concept,health knowledge,self-care skills and self-care responsibility in the study group were higher than those in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing compliance rate of the study group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 76.09%of the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.265,P=0.016).The complication rate of the study group was 6.52%,which was significantly lower than 23.91%of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=5.333,P=0.021).Conclusion:Knowledge,attitude,belief and practice health management can improve the nursing compliance and self-care ability of patients with third degree atrioventricular block after permanent pacemaker, improve the cardiac function of patients, and reduce the complications.
