Application Effect of Dezocine in Advanced Age Patients with Hip Surgery and Its Influence for Delirium Related Indexes
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Dezocine in advanced age patients with hip surgery and its influence for delirium related indexes.Method:A total of 80 advanced age patients with hip surgery admitted to Nanping Jianyang First Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected. The control group was given combined epidural anesthesia, and the observation group was given Dezocine on the basis of the control group. The adverse reactions, pain degree at 2 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery, sedation condition at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after surgery, delirium occurrence condition and delirium-related blood indexes were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The resting and active visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the observation group at 2 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observer's assessment of alterness/sedation(OAA/S)scores of the observation group at 1 h,2 h and 6 h after surgery were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of delirium in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous specific protein(S100-β)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were significant lower than those in the control group at 24 h and 72 h after surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Dezocine in advanced age patients with hip surgery is better, and it is helpful to the control the delirium occurrence and the related blood indexes expression of patients.
