Application Value of Nifedipine,Magnesium Sulfate Combined with Diazepam in the Clinical Treatment of Patients with Severe Preeclampsia
Objective:To explore the application effect of Nifedipine,Magnesium Sulfate combined with Diazepam in the treatment of patients with severe preeclampsia(PE).Method:A total of 100 patients with severe PE who admitted to Renhuai City People's Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Nifedipine and Magnesium Sulfate, while the observation group was treated with Diazepam on the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure,24 h urine protein, serological indicators and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the blood pressure,24 h urinary protein and serological indexes between two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),24 h urinary protein, oxidized protein product(AOPP)and angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang-Ⅱ)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)were higher than control group's,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine,Magnesium Sulfate combined with Diazepam can enhance the therapeutic effect of severe PE,reduce blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein levels, improve serological indicators, and have good safety.
