Effect of Adjuvant Alanyl Glutamine Therapy in Patients with Sepsis
Objective:To investigate the effect of Alanyl Glutamine(AG)in the adjuvant treatment of sepsis.Method:Clinical data of 100 patients with sepsis admitted to Xingren City People's Hospital from June 2019 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with AG on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, nutritional status, inflammation reaction indexes, health level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 82.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, serum albumin(ALB),total protein(TP),prealbumin(PA)and hemoglobin(HB)in observation group were higher than those in control group,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),acute physiological score, chronic health score and total score in acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ)were lower than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:AG can enhance the treatment effect of sepsis, accelerate the recovery of serological indicators, improve the nutritional status of patients, improve the health level, safe and effective.
