Study on the Application of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui Method Combined with Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong Powder in Postoperative Rehabilitation of Distal Radius Fracture
Objective:To study the effect of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method combined with Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong Powder on postoperative rehabilitation of distal radius fracture.Method:A total of 60 patients with distal radius fracture treated by open reduction and internal fixation in Alaer Hospital of the First Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation training combined with Sanqi Xiaozhong Zhitong Powder,and the study group was treated with Wenyang Huoxue Lishui method on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptom relief time and joint function recovery of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of swelling disappearance and pain relief in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of daily activity,pain,exercise and stability in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of patient rated wrist evaluation(PRWE)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the operation of distal radius fracture,the treatment of Wenyang Huoxue Lishui combined with Sanqi Xiaozhu Zhitong Powder is better,which can effectively reduce a series of clinical symptoms,improve the function of wrist joint and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
