摘要
随着脑卒中的发病率逐年升高,给社会、家庭和患者带来了巨大的痛苦、经济压力和社会负担,因而加强其疾病因素的分类、研究和预警,对降低发病率和死亡率具有重要意义.因此,本文从不可控因素(年龄、性别、遗传、环境等)、疾病因素(高血压、糖尿病、高血脂、冠心病、偏头痛等)、个人因素(生活习惯、心理因素、睡眠因素等)、其他因素等方面对脑卒中发病的影响因素进行综述,以期为脑卒中的预防、治疗和护理提供依据.
Abstract
As the incidence of stroke increases year by year,it brings great pain,economic pressure and social burden to society,families and patients.Therefore,strengthening the classification,research and early warning of its disease factors is of great significance to reduce the incidence and mortality.Therefore,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of stroke from the aspects of uncontrollable factors(age,gender,heredity,environment,etc.),disease factors(hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease,migraine,etc.),personal factors(lifestyle,psychological factors,sleep factors,etc.)and other factors,in order to provide evidence for stroke prevention,treatment and nursing.
