Research Progress on the Pathogenesis of Primary Sjogren's Syndrome Complicated with Depression
Primary Sjögren's syndrome(PSS)is a chronic inflammatory connective tissue disease characterized by invading exocrine gland,it is more common in female,it can involve multiple organ systems,such as respiratory system,blood system,nervous system,skin,muscle,bone,etc,its prominent symptoms are dry mouth,dry eyes.PSS complicated with depression is more common,the occurrence of depression seriously affects the physical and mental health and quality of life of PSS patients,and brings a very heavy burden to the family and society,it is more and more attention,with the deepening of the research,the pathogenesis of depression in PSS patients is complex and diverse.This paper comprehensively analyzed the pathogenesis of PSS complicated with depression from the aspects of somatic-social-psychological,immune system,neuroendocrine system and cognitive function,in order to improve the treatment methods and quality of life of PSS complicated with depression patients.
