Clinical Effect of Salbutamol Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To study the clinical effect of Salbutamol combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Method:A total of 82 patients with COPD admitted to Chuzhou First People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the observation group(Salbutamol combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment)and the control group(Salbutamol aerosol inhalation treatment)according to random drawing method,with 41 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,pulmonary function index,arterial blood gas indexes,airway function indexes and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in pulmonary function indexes,arterial blood gas indexes and airway function indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC)percentage(FEV1/FVC%),peak expiratory flow(PEF),mean expiratory flow rate(MEF75),oxygenation index,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and specific airway conductivity(sGAW)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),airway resistance(RAW)and specific airway resistance(sRAW)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salbutamol combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation has a significant effect in the treatment of COPD,which can improve lung function and arterial blood gas indexes of patients,improve ventilation quality,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
