Effect of Excision of Cyst Wall Posterior Inner Dual Channel Technique under Knee Arthroscopy in the Treatment of Popliteal Cyst
Objective:To explore the effect of excision of cyst wall posterior inner dual channel technique under knee arthroscopy in the treatment of popliteal cyst.Method:A total of 218 patients with popliteal cyst admitted to Jilin Provincial People's Hospital from September 2019 to September 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group(n=109)and observation group(n=109)according to random number table method.The control group was given internal drainage technique with preserved cystis wall under knee arthroscopy,and the observation group was given excision of cyst wall posterior inner dual channel technique under knee arthroscopy.Perioperative indexes,knee function,pain degree,popliteal cyst degree before and 6 months after surgery,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Result:The first postoperative walking time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the total hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,Lysholm score increased and VAS score decreased in both groups,Lysholm score in the observation group was higher than that in control group,VAS score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after surgery,the popliteal cyst degree in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(x2=4.317,P<0.05).Conclusion:Excision of cyst wall posterior inner dual channel technique under knee arthroscopy can effectively relieve the cyst degree and pain of popliteal cyst patients,optimize the the knee joint function,and ensure the safety of treatment.
